Yo fools! Check out the forecast for Party Marty's comingout weekend!
After that, we could see some substantial SW swell from two storms we're watching on the long-range models near New Zealand. The first is moderate, due on the 21st, and the second would produce bigger surf on the 22nd. Both systems are angled ideally at around 220 degrees, but models can't seem to agree this morning on trajectory. The first system may scoot off directly to the east, and the second, stronger system may drift ideally northward. As such, we could see chest high + surf on the 21st, and possibly overhead surf on the 22nd. The second system though is out on the 108h models, so confidence is not very high on this projection. We'll stay on top of it though and keep you posted as things progress.
